We recommend watching on a laptop or tablet, or you may be able to cast from your device to your smart TV or connect with an HDMI cable. That way, your mobile phone will be available to use for bidding on auction items and participating in the paddle raiser! 

HOW TO BID

Our online Premier and Silent Auctions, hosted on GiveSmart, will go live at 5 p.m. MDT on Thursday, April 29. You can view all items and begin to place bids before the event. Bidding on all items will close at 9 p.m. MDT on Thursday, May 6.

FAQs

What time is the event?

• The pre-show begins at 5:30 p.m. MDT with a special performance by Spinphony, an all-female electric string quartet, that you won't want to miss. This also gives you time to make sure you're registered to bid and to ensure that technology is on your side.
• The main presentation will begin promptly at 6 p.m. MDT and will be hosted by our emcee with mojo, Chris Parente from Colorado's Own Channel 2.

Is there a cost to tune in?

• No-registration for this event is complimentary. If you're unable to tune in but would like to support Freedom Service Dogs, you can give here: ruff2021.givesmart.com

How do I tune in?

• This virtual event will be livestreamed and can be accessed starting at 5:30 p.m. MDT TONIGHT, Thursday, May 6 here: Click to Watch Live Event!
• Once you have registered at ruff2021.givesmart.com, you will receive communications from GiveSmart via email and text message.

Will you be turning guest video cameras on?

• Our virtual event will be like watching a TV show. Guest cameras will NOT be turned on, so don't worry. You can wear pajamas if you wish, and nobody will ever know! However, we encourage you to make an evening out of this event and get dressed up if you fancy!

What do I need to know about the auction?

• There are many fabulous items, so get ready to do some shopping for a great cause! Our auction is fully online through GiveSmart. When you register for the event, you'll also be registered for the auction. You'll do all your bidding from the convenience of your mobile phone.
• The auctions will open at 5 p.m MDT on Thursday, April 29 and will close at 9 p.m. MDT on Thursday, May 6.
• PLEASE NOTE: For winning bidders residing outside of Colorado, shipping costs will be added to your final bid and you will be contacted directly for coordination of shipment. For winning bidders residing WITHIN Colorado, you will be contacted directly in the days following the event to coordinate pick-up of your winning item(s).
